You can receive $10 worth of Ethereum (ETH) ("Invitation Bonus") for each eligible invitation, up to a maximum of $100 worth of Ethereum (ETH) per calendar year. An "eligible invitation" is an Invitation where the invited individual reserves a Tungsten Account online through your personalized link provided by Tungsten Financial and completes all required steps to reserve an account.

This program is available online to Tungsten Account reservation holders who have completed all required steps to reserve an account using the online application provided by Tungsten Financial at https://waitlist.juniperfi.com/waitlist, including connecting an Ethereum (ETH) wallet or Coinbase account to which the Invitation Bonus will be paid. In addition to other factors, your reservation account's eligibility to participate in the invitation program may be determined by your account history with Tungsten Financial.
To be eligible for an Invitation Bonus, you must fulfill the requirements specified in the Invitation Offer and Program Terms.
While the value of the Invitation Bonus is denominated in US Dollars ($), the Invitation Bonus when paid is denominated in Ethereum (ETH) using the prevailing USD/ETH market price from cryptocompare.com at the time of Invitation Bonus settlment. For example, if the market price of Ethereum (ETH) is $1287 at the time the Invitation Bonus settles, the Inviting User will receive 0.00777 ETH on their connected wallet or Coinbase account.
There is a limit to the amount of Invitation Bonus rewards that can be awarded on an eligible Ethereum (ETH) wallet or Coinbase account; see your specific Invitation Offer Terms for your annual limit.
The value of the Invitation Bonus may be taxable income on the Ethereum (ETH) wallet or Coinbase account that receives an Invitation Bonus. The recipient of an Invitation Bonus is responsible for paying any applicable federal or state taxes on the bonus. If you have any questions about the tax treatment of an Invitation Bonus, we recommend consulting with a tax advisor.
An Invitation Bonus cannot be awarded for inviting individuals who have already reserved a Tungsten Account or who have received an invitation from another person. If multiple reservation holders invite the same individual, the Invitation Bonus will be credited to the reservation holder whose invitation link was used to reserve the Tungsten Account.
Due to the confidential nature of the approval process, you will not be notified of whether we approve or decline any reservation(s) from individual(s) you invite and whether any individual(s) reserve the Account.
This program is for you to invite your personal friends, family, and known acquaintances to reserve Tungsten Accounts using the invitation link and sharing tools provided by Tungsten Financial. You are not permitted to share invitations with yourself.
When inviting friends to participate in the program, any statements you make about the Invitation Offer must be:
Any attempt to modify, bypass, manipulate, or obscure the delivery or accurate presentation of the invitation link, sharing tools, content, disclosures, or other materials and instructions provided by Tungsten Financial will be considered a violation of these terms.
When you invite a friend to reserve an account in order to get an Invitation Bonus, you must let your friend know that you could receive a reward from Tungsten Financial if they reserve an account.
You should not share your invitation link in locations where the audience is likely to include individuals you do not know or who may not be interested in the Account.
If you decide to post your invitation link on a third-party website or platform, such as a social media site, you must:

Additionally, the third-party site may be able to tell, based on your activity, that you are a Tungsten Financial reservation holder.
Please note that the friends you invite will also be able to tell that you are a Tungsten Financial reservation holder.
Any breach of this program may result in the revocation of the Invitation Bonus and/or disqualification from the program. The Invitation Bonus may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Tungsten Financial.
Tungsten Financial reserves the right to restrict, terminate, or revoke Invitation Bonuses if, in its sole discretion, Tungsten Financial determines that you have breached these terms and conditions.
If different Invitation Offer Terms are made available at a later time, you can only take advantage of those specific Invitation Offer Terms by resending your invitation and having your friend use the new invitation link to reserve the Account, rather than the original link.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this contract shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Tungsten Financial reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify this program, these terms and conditions, and/or any offers made through this program at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
By continuing to access or participate in the program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by any changes made to the program, these terms and conditions, and/or any offers made through the program.
We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the "Last Updated;" date located above at the beginning of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease participation in the program.
